Amazon services and “Login with Amazon”
Maison Chardonneret develops internal tools to manage its sales activity on Amazon (tracking of sales, stock, prices and advertising). These tools use the “Login with Amazon” service and Amazon’s programming interfaces (Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API), solely to access Maison Chardonneret’s seller account and advertising account, with the explicit authorisation of their holder.
Data concerned: the profile information provided by Login with Amazon (name, email address, account ID) and the seller account’s activity data (orders, stock, prices, advertising reports). Where orders contain buyer information, it is used only to the extent strictly necessary to fulfil and track orders, in accordance with Amazon’s rules.
Purpose: running Maison Chardonneret’s business (sales analysis, stock management, optimisation of prices and advertising campaigns).
What we do not do: we do not sell, rent or share any data with third parties, and we do not use it for any external advertising purpose.
Security and retention: access tokens and data are stored securely (restricted access, encryption in transit) and kept only as long as necessary for these purposes. Access can be revoked at any time from the settings of the Amazon account concerned.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to bonjour@maisonchardonneret.com. We reply within one month.
