We talk with Japanese producers and tea houses to understand their terroir, their cultivars and their craft.
Taste
Samples are tasted blind, first pure, then in a latte. Only the matcha that move us join the Maison.
Trace
Region of origin and milling date on every pouch, along with the producer’s name when they agree: we want you to know what you are drinking.
